servlet that deployed on websphere server push and read messages from websphere mq

I have to write one servlet that need to deploy on websphere application server .Servlet will put and read the messages from the queue created on websphere mq.

thanks for your suggestion ...when i
entered the details in the form,it should go the
servlet,then the servlet should make a connection to
the queue manager in MQ and should store the message
in the queue. so how to do this?
