Cursor *N not open

I have a problem while executing query on DB2 on mainframe form java program.

When i am doing this i get an exception saying "Cursor *N not open."

Below is the code used

are you 100% certain that data is being returned.

and could you provide the exact error number from the database, and the line of java that is causing the error.
