Which Books & S/W for beginner to Expert in EJB,Servlet & JSP

Hi,
I am totally newbie in Servlets and JSP and EJB. which books should i refer so that all basic concepts get cleared and for practical( developing purpose also). and which latest S/W ie. application servrsrs and IDE should be used which are mostly used n companies . and I am also planning for OCPJWCDand OCPJBCD certifications also so what should i refer? is there any sites which guide on this step by step developement in EJB with servlets and jsp.
