can anybody advice me a good start point (book, handbook or other) to study SOA principles ?

There's a separate site called SOABooks which is dedicated for those books. And of course there are many articles you can find by a simple search where you can learn the basics. Also you can various pointers and recommendations in our FAQ section.

I agree. Here's the link: http://ej-technologies/jprofiler - if it wasn't for jprofiler, we would need to run our stuff on 16 servers instead of 3.
