I have to submit large amount of data and when i submit my form i got the exception "Request header is too large" , so can any one help me how to increase the maxPostSize of the request.
And how can i know the size of the maxPostSize attribute?

I did a google search with your error message and glassfish and got two answers:

http://old.nabble.com/Request-header-is-too-large-td21706294.html
http://stackoverflow.com/questions/2472905/request-header-is-too-large

Seems like you need to update your http-listener
