Hello pals

I have the requirement as follows

I want to use English Language but want to write words for other languages. For instance i want to write "HINDI" .... It is written in English , but the word has significance in HINDI only.

I want to know , how to achieve the same using best practices.

I'm not sure I understand what you want to achieve. Can you explain a bit more?

For instance, name of one of month on Farsi is "Farvardin" which is فروردین i Native script ....

Now i know how to take out string values in Native Script by using the Folder name corresponding to it.....i think it is values-fa , and framework will extract it automatically. But this will work when User will change the Locale settings
in the phone.

I want to print "Farvardin" name iff the Locale chosen is "English". How to achieve this.....

In an nutshell...

1. When the Locale is English i want to show "Farvardin"
2. When the Locale is Farsi i want to show فروردین

I know how to achieve the second one, but not the first one.

Isn't that exactly what http://developer.android.com/guide/topics/resources/localization.htmltalks about? Using different text for different locales?
