Hi All,

The following code is working via FireFox but not via EI 9:


Any ideas why ?

Well, the dirty work seems to be being done by a javascript function named "uploadFile", and considering the notorious compatibility issues between different javascript containers, that's the first place I'd look.

BTW, the EL expression rendered="#{user.rendered == false}" is doing things the hard way. Try coding it as rendered="#{not user.rendered}"

Hi,

Thanks for the fast replay
I delete the IE cache and now it’s working ok.

regarding the rendered what do you mean by "doing things the hard way" ?

Testing a logical variable for a logical value is redundant. "If X == TRUE THEN..." has the exact behavior as "IF X THEN ..." and "IF X <> TRUE" or "IF X == FALSE" are both the same way as saying "IF NOT X".
