No Visual Editor in Eclipse

My computer at work has the following software installed...
(Note that I did not install the software.)

IBM Rational Application Developer for WebSphere Software, version 8.0.2

This is an IDE based on "eclipse".
It should have a visual editor but I can't find it.
Usually I select a file and display a context menu by clicking the right mouse button.
The menu contains an "Open With..." item.
When choosing this item, a sub menu opens with a list of various editors I can open the file with, among them should be "Visual Editor" but it doesn't appear.

This is a new computer that I just received because the hard disk on my old computer died.

Please someone tell me how I can get the "Visual Editor" back.

Thank you.

Everything in life is a lesson.
When the technician asked me what software I want installed, I should have said, "Nothing"
but instead I said, "RAD".
Little did I know, because I have never installed RAD myself, that the installation requires
user interaction.
The visual editor is not installed by default.
So I uninstalled RAD and then reinstalled it myself.

D'OH!

I agree. Here's the link: http://ej-technologies/jprofiler - if it wasn't for jprofiler, we would need to run our stuff on 16 servers instead of 3.
