i installed GlassFish Server Open Source Edition 3.1 and i want to put my tomcat web project folder in it
how to create web project folder and run it in glassfish it is like tomcat or not

I agree. Here's the link: http://ej-technologies/jprofiler - if it wasn't for jprofiler, we would need to run our stuff on 16 servers instead of 3.
