Trying to understand what Project --> Build All does. Our project uses Maven. mvn compiles, creates jars and saves them to project target folders. In addition to this process, we run an eclipse rebuild script - without running this you can't Import your projects into eclipse. Then within Eclipse you need to run Project --> Build All if you want to connect eclispe to a locally running server for debugging purposes. Any/all thoughts appreciated. Thanks!
