Hi all Ranchers,
Thanks lot. I passed the exam with 91% score on 25th February, 2012 . This forum was really helpful. I was surprised by the score. I guess the exam was easier than the mock tests of Berth Bates and Kathy Sierra in which i hardly scored 55-60%.
Now I would like to learn java script. Can you suggest me some good book?
Regards
Jaya

Hi all...
I would suggest the following:
1. Go through a study guide. I used 'SCJP6 study guide by Kathy Sierra and Bert Bates'. It is strictly as per syllabus except for the topic on Serialization(Serialization is not on SCJP6 syllabus)
2. Write lots of small code related to all topics.
3. Take mock exams. I used two online mock exams supplied in CD provided with the book. Additionally 'Kathy Sierra's Practice exams for OCP JAVA SE6 Programmer' was also useful.
4. And finally, check all the possible choices in the answer of a question.
All the best to the OCJP6 aspirants!!!
Remember to post your doubts on the forum so that we could all benefit with it.
