I am not HTML 5 guy , just want to know latest status of HTML5 w.r.t adoption , development and all . Thanks in advance !!

No, it will still be a couple/few years till its final. But at this point to me, it is as good as final. That is why the site I am creating is HTML5 only. If you don't have a browser that supports HTML5 then you can't use my site.

Pretty funny when you consider that the HTML5 spec wasn't supposed to be finalized until 2022. I would say we're a good decade ahead of schedule!
