A global mid-size consulting firm with offices in several countries is seeking a full-time Java developer to work on a client project in the financial/forex industry.

This is an excellent opportunity to get into the financial industry if you have little to no financial experience. You will have an opportunity to work with the FIX protocol, several standard financial products, and get trained to understand key financial concepts. Significant training, education and career growth opportunities exist, as well as the chance to work abroad if you prefer, in such places as London, Dubai, Toronto, and Boston.

You will need to have at least three years of solid experience, as the current project in NYC requires a strong Java developer/architect.

You must have strong Java and computer science skills, including Spring and Hibernate experience.

Top salary and full benefits plus bonus will be offered.

This is for a full-time position in NYC. You MUST be a US citizen or have a legal work permit. No sponsorship!

Please send your resume and salary requirements to javaexpertnyc (at) yahoo (dot) com.

This is mostly server-side Java development. It pretty much uses the technologies already described, along with standard libraries. If you want more info, send me an email at the address provided.

JavaRanch readers are advised to use caution when responding to postings requesting resumes containing personal information. Especially when an untraceable, anonymous and public email address is used.

OK. Given the above comment, I'd like to just remove the job posting. It seems I can't do so.
