Check Object's class using JSTL

I've tried to migrate to Tomcat 7 and got the "java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Lorg/apache/AnnotationProcessor" Exception once I called my precompiled JSP files using Tomcat6 Jasper.

So, I decided to change the Jasper compiler to version 7.

My Problem is the below code which raises "contains invalid expression(s): javax.el.ELException: Failed to parse the expression":

It has been compiled in Tomcat6 Jasper without a problem.

Is there something that I must update to be able to compile this line of code using Tomcat7 Jasper?

EDIT: Problem solved. Use MyTestClass['class'] instead of MyTestClass.class
It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
