Dear All,

I've created a java Application using AWT, can anyone advise how it could be called using TELNET.

Thanks in advance,

Best regards,

You can't. Telnet is a text-only protocol. An AWT application (or any other application that uses frames, dialogs or any other graphical features, not just Java programs) cannot be run through any text-only protocols. It may be possible through SSH if it supports X11 tunneling, but definitely not through Telnet.

Thanks for your quick reply.

If I'm obliged to use TELNET to connect to my application, what type of java application or libraries can I use?
I'm flexible with creating the project but the connection is restricted to be TELNET

Thanks again,

Best regards,

Lana
