Cucumber: Asking the right questions

I am feeling that the biggest problem I am having with my current project is asking the right questions. They need to be questions that 1) the client is willing to answer and 2) the question results in an answer that moves in the direction of implementable code. Is there anything in the Cucumber book that helps with that sort of problem?
