Hi,
I am willing to give OSCEA exam in coming future, before that I have cleared SCJP few years back. Please provide clear prerequisites to appear for OSCEA exam and the process of enrollment and how may exams / stages involved if I have take it from India.
Also appriciate if you can suggest in any website for exam material for preparation and mock exams available for the same.

Take a look at SCEA FAQ here http://www.coderanch.com/how-to/java/SceaFaq & oracle certifications path at oracle site & the most one to prepare yourself to spend a fair amount of money around $3500 (this is in USA...check the complete certification fee in India).
