Error: while running jsp on tomcat

Hello,

I am running Customer.jsp server is Tomcat.

Here is my Web.xml

My customer.jsp has called one css and header.jsp.I am using myeclipse.

This message is telling you that somewhere in your Customer.jsp file, there is an <html:radio> tag that has no value attribute. To fix the problem, find the <html:radio> tag and add a value attribute to it.
