Hi,

I have captured a file name ( say abc.txt ) from the user using HTML form .
The same file resides on Unix server . Now I would like to have this entire file available with me in my Servlet on my local Windows machine so that I can scan through it and process it as per my business logic and then display the result to the end user on the browser.

Kindly let me know the code snippet which I can put into my HttpServlet.

Thanks.

I would suggest you to take a look at Apache Common Net library.
