Hi, I am sending mails via Java Mail. I want to relay information to people but depending on the circumstance the text and the amount of paragraphs will change.

How do I dynamically add plain text to a Java Mail?

Your question sounds like you're starting off in several wrong directions all at once. However if you have downloaded JavaMail, you should be able to find some basic sample code in with your download. Have a look at that code and hopefully things should become clearer.
