Creating a new task in routes (in eMatrix)

how to create a new task in routes for the particular role. the task should be to send the notification once the object is promoted from one state to another state, there is a route between the two states so that it should show the notification once the route gets created that is the task. and already one task is there in the route which is aproved task. i need to create a new task which sends the notification only for the particular role
