Can anyone help me in How to write data into Apache DS LDAP directory and How to read the data back. If I have a spring-jsf web application connected to Apache DS LDAP directory how do I do this??

I believe you can use JNDI to connect to LDAP. I have not done this myself, so I would like to invite someone else to build on this.
