project working in Netbeans, but can't deploy it in Tomcat

Hi,
I have a project working fine in Netbeans, but when I take the war file generated by Netbeans and put it in the webapp of Tomcat I got this error :

org.apache.jasper.JasperException: Exception in JSP: /vote/Logon.jsp:79
