Struct Action wizard-Warning

Hi All,

I am trying to use struts-config design editor
and I am not able to create Action
it gives message "Warning Superclass does not exit"
i have
MyEclipse Enterprise Workbench

Version: 5.1.1 GA
Build id: 20070302-5.1.1-GA

all the jar files are added in project
i dont know whats happening

if anybody guide me
will be a great help
