Hi

Has anyone managed to use the Apache on OSX Lion Server together with mod_jk to make Tomcat 7 work for Apache?
There are a few sites that brings the subject up but i havenever seen anyone actually confirm that it really works.

After building the mod_jk.so and installing it, configuring workers.properties, configuring httpd.conf (or making separate conf files) it all ends with the same phenomenon, apache shows the jsp pages as plain text.

Before Lion Server it was fairly painless to configure this, the difference with Lion is that Lion removed the possibility to activate a native Tomcat and the mod_jk module from the server settings, with Lion Sever you have to install a Tomcat yourself, and configure it without the help from server settings.

I had no problems what so ever configuring this on Pre Lion installations.

What im looking for is someone that has this running, i have allready several links and sites that claims to have the recepie, but im looking for e person that actually runns this configuration successfully.

I agree. Here's the link: http://aspose.com/file-tools
