Just playing devil's advocate and would be willing to take your book for a spin to determine this myself, but there are plenty of books and resources available on this subject, in your opinion what would differentiate your offering from others already on the market?
Bear is right. Most if not all other books that exclusively covers servlets and JSP are obsolete since Servlet 3.0 emerged. There are books that bundle Servlet 3.0 with other Java EE technologies, but coverage is much less than it should be.
Another way of looking at it is some people's explanations of technical topics are better than others.
We've all , at some time, probably read a tech book that we didn't get that much out of.
I've read one of Budi's earlier books that covered J2EE . It was well written.
I can confirm it provided me with a clear understanding of the entire process and how the parts (EJB's,Servlets ,Jsp's) fit together and what they did .
