Confused: 1Z0-352 vs 1Z0-895

I am planning to take up OCP JBCD 6. While surfing I came across these two exam codes (1Z0-352 vs 1Z0-895) both of which say OCP JBCD 6. Can anyone please explain which is the actual one?
Also, in the scbcdLinks page the version given is CX-311-093. Please mention the new Oracle exam code there for newbies like us.

Thanks for your response.
But this is not what I was looking for. I am not asking about the two separate certifications for JPA and EJB 6.
My question is regarding EJB 6 only. As per ORC-0311 document I got (now, I don't know form where I downloaded it  , I was surfing ) the exam code for OCP JBCD 6 exam is 1Z0-352. But the oracle site gives the code as 1Z0-895.
I am confused on these two codes for the same EJB6. Please help.
