I am planning to appear for OCP JBCD 6 exam. I already have ORielly's 'Enterprise JavaBeans 3.0' 5th Edition book. Do I need to buy the new book on EJB 3.1 or the one that I have will suffice.
Also, can someone please point me the major differences between EJB 3.0 and EJB 3.1?
Thanks
Asif

Asif,
Oreilly book isn't sufficient. I'm on the same boat as you are, Oracle has split the certification in to two (EJB and JPA). Check this link for more info: http://education.oracle.com/please/web_prod-plq-dad/db_pages.getpage?page_id=402&p_nl=JJAV&p_org_id=1001&lang=US
Note: In the above link replace "please" with "p l s" with no spaces, as p l s without spaces in not allowed on coderanch.
I wish there was a book available in the market but amazon returns all outdated results!
The best thing now is to check the specification: http://download.oracle.com/otndocs/jcp/ejb-3.1-fr-eval-oth-JSpec/
Specification document section 1.2 and 1.2.1 answers your question "Also, can someone please point me the major differences between EJB 3.0 and EJB 3.1?"
Hope this helps!
