There is an example in Dojo tutorial written in 1.6 style

named function toggle() is called from markup. What is the recommended way to do the same thing in 1.7 where dojo code is enclosed in anonymous function passed as an argument to require(..) method:

Is it possible to have named function that uses some dojo code?
