All My Dear Ranchers,
Happy Easter to you all Lovely Members of this forum. After visiting this forum i thought myself of teaching Core Java to College students for free online for whoever where having trouble. But teaching people free seems like as if Students donot value much as they just take it for granted and I dont want to waste my energy for such kind of people.
I am planning to take core Java courses in my own locality... the only issue is:
>>Capital
>>Searching students who want to pursue this education
Now if i want to take a room in rent people will ask to deposit approximately 2 lakhs to deposit which I dont have
Also there are only 3-4 people in my locality pusuing IT and want to learn Java....
I need help from you ranchers how should i proceed .. I always had a dream to have classes that teaches students in a friendly manner like you people do and also gain some profit from it

That's a pretty huge sum for a deposit.

Instead of investing all this money, don't you think its a better idea to invest your time at the Ranch helping out people with their questions?

Vishal it's a very good idea. Why don't you first search potential students then discuss with them and convince anyone to use one of there room where few group of student will gather. This way you can avoid the initial investment.

I know around here, the library has rooms you can reserve for a small fee. I think our community center does as well. Maybe you could do something like that for a few weeks/months, until you figure out if this will really go or not.

2 lakhs is about $4,000? I agree that's a huge deposit to rent a room for a short time.
If there's really only three or four people you could recruit, couldn't you just meet at a coffee shop and sit around a table? The way I'd do it is have a textbook, then go through a chapter a week. Ideally you'd have someone different leading the discussion of each chapter, and you could just be a facilitator.

Which city are you in?
I opened my own coaching center ( when i was jobless !! for money of-course ). The advantage with the location of my coaching was that it was just next to an engineering college.
I met the students in the area and discussed my plan.
Start was slogged but eventually, the news spread of a teacher teaching Java and then students started flowing in.
If you cannot even start with your plan by now, I would suggest you to go for it, rent the place and start with whatever number of students you get.
Keep up your hope and keep trying, I am sure you will succeed !!
All the best....
