Mass recruiting companies are good for fresher or not?

Hello everyone,
I am Ronney Singh from India pursuing my B.Tech and got placed in 1 mass recruiting company in India and one other company which is not a mass recruiter, I am not telling names of the company as per rules of forum.

So, please can anyone guide me how should I choose my first company.

I guess by 'mass recruiting company', you mean a company that is hiring thousands of freshers.
In that case, I would research about the work culture, projects and benefits as well as salary, city of work of that company against any other alternatives at hand before going ahead with my decision.
Again my opinion: as a fresher, the most important thing is to learn proactively and show willingness to shoulder responsibilities.

Yes those companies which is hiring freshers in bulk.
I am much worried about the job profile to be given to me in the mass recruiting company or they use lucky draw to give the job profile to freshers.

I guess if the recruitment process is stringent enough to hire quality candidates, you will be working with good caliber professionals.

That is what I want to know that the company which is a mass recruiter their recruitment process doesn't even contain technical round so how would I decide that I should join that company or not.

As other company in which I got selected has a tough recruitment process but their reviews I have seen on company's reviews websites are not good. Can I trust those kind of reviews?
