Error Completing The Code For Ploting Histogram

can any one complete this code to plot a histogram. or just tell me type of the variable used in it and with what value i should initialize these variable. here is the link

guys don't worry now i had completed and solved this by my self and it is resulting quite good......
and i never told to write whole code for me in question just asked about initialization of the variables used in it......
