Capturing 10k pkts per second

I want to capture 10k packets per second, but JPCAP drops more than 5% of it. My code is like this:

I would not try to use Java for a task such as this. It may work after some tuning, but this is not the type of problems that Java was designed to address.

I've probably use Google's GO language
It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
