Camera failed error

I have the following code snippet to start camera intent

String fileName = "temp.jpg";
        ContentValues values = new ContentValues();
        values.put(MediaStore.Images.Media.TITLE, fileName);
        mCapturedImageURI = getContentResolver().insert(MediaStore.Images.Media.EXTERNAL_CONTENT_URI, values);

        Intent intent = new Intent(MediaStore.ACTION_IMAGE_CAPTURE);
        intent.putExtra(MediaStore.EXTRA_OUTPUT, mCapturedImageURI);
        startActivityForResult(intent, CAMERA_REQUEST);  

The code works on the following specification
Samsung Galaxy
Android Version 2.3.6
Model GT-S55360
Build#GINGERBREAD.DDKJ2

But does not work on the following specification. It shows the following error "Camera Error"
Samsung Galaxy
Android version 2.3.6
Model# SPH-D710
Build# GINGERBREAD.EL29

Any idea?
