In HFSJ answer key they have given pagenumber as 1_152 or pg 2_64. what does it mean.

Even I have this question. e.g. answer to question 7 on page 219 (HFSJ 2nd Edition, Indian print) says "(Servlet v2.4 pg. 58)". What is that? is it page number of some PDF which states Servlet v2.4 specification? where to find that pdf?
