I am trying to call the webservices of different vendors from my existing app.

I would also like to run this calling component as a separate app.

What is the design pattern that is applicable and enables addition of new third parties in the future without disturbing the existing application ?

Thanks,

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
