I am going to be engaged with an IT company dealing with online Education projects. I am not sure how far this is going to be helpful and please guide me.
Technological wise its good using spring MVC, hibernate, web services, etc..
Please provide me a suggestion how to proceed.

The technology wise looks good. Did you research the organization on its business acumen, etc.
