Hello everyone,
I am pleased to have found this site. Thanks to those who created it.
I am new to HTML.
Can someone please let me know how to remove the following code from my Website. I pasted it into my Address Bar by mistake. I have pasted it below:-
<a href="http://www.gutenberg.org/">
<img src="PG_Button_104x40DEF64.gif" width="104" height="40"
alt="Go To Project Gutenberg">
</a>
Many thanks for your help.

Just remove the unwanted markup from the HTML file.

Hi Bear,
Thanks, but I am a Newbie to this, so it will be much appreciated if you will let me have detailed instructions.
After this, I will start learning.
Thanks again.

Open the file in a text area. Highlight the text you want to remove. Hit the Delete key.

Thanks again, Bear,
But I did not mention that my website is an Affiliate site. I did not create it. So when I tried to do as you instructed, nothing showed up.

Then you will need to talk to whoever has control over that file - apparently some partner of your company.

You pasted that code into your browser's address bar? So what is the problem? It shows up in the autocompete? highlight the option and hit delete.
