Loading images in JSP

Hi there ,

I have stored the imageNames in a database table and images are stored on server in folder user-images.
While retrieving the images , I add all the imageNames to an ArrayList and store the arraylist in sessionScope.
However I am not able to get the images on the JSP page .


JSP Page code that tries to load images from server


IDE : Netbeans 7.0.1
Framework : Struts 1
ActionClass : ImageFormAction
Method which saves images in session scope: get




I know scriptlets should not be used as they have become obsolete . So if you can give me a better alternative , you are always welcome.

After 5 minutes ....
Now I have got just one image . However there are multiple images in folder user-images... Suggestions are welcome....

got the solution!!
However used jstl tags instead..
 
It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
