Another JForum user noticed the forums were no longer up at jforum.net and asked us about starting a community support forum. We checked with Rafael Steil - the creator of JForum - and he is cool with it.
We've started a (sparse) FAQ page and this forum. Ask/answer away.

Wer've also gotten a dump of the original jforum support jforum data. We hope to have it imported here in about a week.

Good to see a separate forum on JForum
In the FAQ one of the questions were -
Is the the Ranch JForum fork available?
Is that pointing to JForum modifications made for CodeRanch? What's exactly the meaning of 'fork' here.

Correct. Wikipedia defines fork well.
