JUNit doesn't finish in Linux

Hello Everyone!

I'm developing automated tests with JUnit and I'm having a problem when I try run it on Ubuntu.
When I run the tearDown() of my test I close my application, using System.exit(), in Windows this works. But when I try run the same test on Linux, the test locks on the tearDown()

Anybody have any ideia what I'm doing wrong?

Thanks
