I want to make in scheduler in JSP which delete row in database according to date.
which run automatically without any request. kindly give me suggestion for this.

You are asking to use a meat cleaver to paint with. JSP is not the right tool for that job.

According to the MVC pattern you should not do any business processing in JSP. You can do it from EJB/Servlet/java service class.

No, even a servlet is a poor choice. JSP and servlets are intended to response to user requests. A process that needs to go off at scheduled times without a request likely doesn't even belong in a web application but should be handled by a separate process on the server running either as a daemon or fired off as a cron job.
