In my project ,there is a registartion from which can be filled by any employee in the organisation and after filling the form a pdf is generated that should be digitally signed by that employee..i have generated the digitally signed pdf by using following coding but i have a problem that is this code is useful for only one person's certificate because password of keystore and certificate is entered programatically so it will not be possible for every person who want to use this application .so how to make it useful for every employee

Create a way so that each user can upload the certificate to be used with their PDFs.

You need some kind of user management so you can keep all the user's information and certificates apart. It can piggy-back on the login/account system that I'm sure you've in place already. If not, you'll need one. If the information is important enough to merit digital signing then you should have proper authentication anyway.

how can i piggyback on login /account system...first i have made a login screen in my project by which employee can login and then upload keystore screen is displayed ..and i upload keystore in which certficate is already imported.name of this certificate and the password of keystore and certificate are used to digitally signed pdf in browser in my program as i mentioned earlier....but i want to do it for all users so what changes should i do to make my application for all employees in the organisation..i have created an upload.jsp by which i am uploading keystore now i have an option that with uploading keystore we can also upload password of individual person which can be used in the programming to digitally sign the document..can you suggest me that how can i do it......
