I have a problem here where I can't decode my mail header properly using MimeUtility or MimeMessage API. One of the character which is this in the mail '‐' turns into '?', which means the character is not representable by unicode. I just don't get it why because the mail is sent in GB2312 Base64 using RFC 2047 which is supported by MimeUtility package but still the mapping of the character can't be done when its decoded. Can anyone help me with this?
Is it possible to post the code that you have written to understand the issue you are having better,

This is just a sample code I used to test last time. When I tried to decode the Subject which was encoded in Base 64 GB2312 Character encoding one of the character which has this unicode value "U+2010" turns into "?" because MimeUtility can't decode it properly.
