After installing manually (Automatic installation does not work) on Resin, JForum does not work. welcome files are not configured in web.xml so index.htm won't load.

Accessing index.htm just produces a blank page, with no error message, while le browser is waiting endlessly for the server to answer.

I suppose the line :

document.location = "install/install.page?module=install&action=welcome";

in the script has to be changed, but I do not know what to put instead.

Using the script in new_rename.htm does not produce any result either.

I have solved the problem. Resin has to be restarted after installation.
