Hi,

I have save and update buttons in my page , when i click update it goes to another page where updation takes place. Am also implementing validations using validation.xml file. My problem is when i click update button the validations for that page in which the update button is , gets executed. How do i avoid this situation..

Regards

Updation? What is the difference between Update and Save? I am having a hard time understanding the flow of your application. Maybe if you described in more detail the various actions you have and how they interact I could help.
