How do I create new users after installing JForum? I see "Insert New" button in Groups but there is no button in Users to create new users.

There is no option to create users via the admin panel. You should access http://<host>/users/insert.page

It doesn't work... the page is absolutelly empty!!!

Sorry. Is "user/insert.page" (and not "userS" )
Well, you can use the "Register" link anyway.

Go to Admin Panel -> Configurations and set "Enable Captcha during registration" to "false".
