Problem With installation

hi !

I have a big probleme for to install Jforum.
When i launch the install's process i have this message :

Please give write access for the user who is running the webserver to the file 'index.htm' and for the directory 'WEB-INF/config' and its subdirectories before continuing.

JForum needs to write its configurations there. When you're done, click at "Try Again".

i have give the full acces on the directory 'WEB-INF/config' and 'index.htm' and this message appear always.

See the structure of my website :

they are the first directory
on this directory they are my directory WEB-INF:

and the jforum is :

I don't understant why y have this error.

Can you help me please

It happens even if you begin installing from scratch? If you can't get it working, you can always try manual installation:

However, JForum will not work inside the directory "jforum" - it's directories (templates, images etc) should be in the root directory.

Probably the next version (2.1.5) will allow this kind of personalization, but current (2.1.4 and older) do not.

JForum *can* be run from the directory "jforum." Simply add a context for that directory within the host block for your website in Tomcat's server.xml file.
