The relevant parts of the configuration file is in the previous message.
Because the encoding of your OS plays an important role, you can try other combinations of configuration, like setting dbunicode to false, setting mysql.unicode or mysql.encoding to an empty value, and so on.

when i install i can read in thai but in database table jforum_posts_text field post_text look like รักนะเด็กโง่
when i set encoding to utf-8 it show ??? in database and it show in topic too
