Hi folks,

This is my first post here, so I apologize if this is a standard question.

I am the product manager at Meez.com, where we have a jforum running for our users. We've set up the ability for users to flag posts as abusive. This sends an email to our admin which appends the post ID and thread name.

Lately we've had a few users who have reported PMs that are abusive. We can't figure out whether admins have the ability to take the post ID (contained in this email) to view the abusive post. Does Jforum support this?

I know there are privacy issues to this as well; we're going through our legal system for advice on privacy issues.

Thanks in advance,
Bryna

While you can't "read" other people's PMs via the Admin Console, you can access the PMs via the DB back end (i.e. browsing the table entries).
